Unfolding the New Human

Water Blessing

A simple water practice to contribute to the co-creation of a new Earth

Recent studies of climate change suggest that the environmental situation is deteriorating even faster than predicted.* The Green movement’s valuable and essential attempts to reduce carbon emissions and promote sustainable living may, alone, be too little too late to prevent widespread environmental and humanitarian disasters.

It seems that more is being asked of us than simply “going green”, essential though this is. We also need to shift our consciousness: to “green” not just our environment, but our thoughts, feelings and beliefs. There is increasing recognition, both within and outside the scientific community, of the formative role of human consciousness in the health of both our individual bodies and our greater body, the Earth.

In “The Biology of Belief”, for example, biophysicist, Bruce Lipton, describes the critical role human consciousness, in particular human belief, plays in determining the health of the human organism.  Gregg Braden in his book: “The Spontaneous Healing of Belief”, says that science now knows we live in an interactive universe in which observation changes reality; and that beliefs have the power to change the flow of events in the universe. He concludes that our beliefs transform quantum stuff into the stuff of our reality.

One of the keys to understanding the power of consciousness to transform and co-create body and Earth may lie in the nature of water. Water composes approximately 70% of our bodies, more or less depending on our age; and around 70% of the Earth is covered by water. The life and health of our individual bodies and our greater body, the Earth, depend to a significant extent on water. According to a new DVD: “Water: the Great Mystery,” science knows that, while all water has the same chemical composition, its structure - how water’s molecules are organized - is more important than water’s chemical composition.

Water’s structure is influenced by water’s environment. For water has memory. It remembers and reflects the energies that occur around it, including the subtle energies of emotions and thoughts.

Since consciousness dramatically influences the structure of water, and the structure of water effects the mental, emotional and physical health of all living things, including the behavior of those who drink it, our relationship with water is a co-creation. We can co-create a downward or upward spiral. We can imbue water with destructive, discordant thoughts, images and chemicals. The structure of this water will become weaker and more chaotic, in turn, imbuing our bodies, hearts and minds, as well as all living things, with discordant and toxic energy.  Or we can choose to infuse water, the water we drink, bathe, swim in or walk beside with positive heart filled energies, like love and gratitude. The structure of this water will be harmonious and stable, thereby infusing us and the Earth with healing, life-giving energies.

What we can do.

We need approximately 2 quarts of water each day to maintain our health. Moreover everything we eat depends on and contains some water.  Each time we take a shower or swim in the ocean our bodies are absorbing water. Each time we look at a lake, river, sail on the ocean or even gaze at a rain cloud our consciousness is imprinting itself on that body of water.

Studies** show that it only takes a few minutes for our consciousness to heal or deform the structure of water. Our relationship with water, our choices, for example, around the glass of water we are about to drink, is therefore one of the more visible and rapid ways in which each of us can make a profound contribution to the health of our own bodies and the health of our greater body, the Earth.

According to the Japanese water researcher, Masaru Emoto, the most powerful and healing gift we can give to water are feelings of love and gratitude. With love and gratitude we can transform the structure of water into a stable living element that gives healing energy to everything that absorbs it. With love and gratitude we can imbue water with the structure of health and harmony. Each day, therefore,  alongside our commitment to green and sustainable living, we can make an immediate and profound contribution not just to the health of our bodies, but to the health of all living things, including our greater body, the Earth.
We can, for example, simply look at a glass of water, or the rain falling outside our window, and give the water our love and gratitude.

*Some of the studies and historical stories referred to in the DVD “Water: the Great Mystery” suggesting the power of consciousness to transform the structure of water

Water, for example, that has been blessed, otherwise known as “holy” water, has such a stable structure that 10 grams of it diluted in 60 liters of ordinary tap water will imbue the whole 60 liters with the stable structure of the “holy” water.

As water records information it acquires new properties even though its chemical composition remains unchanged. The structure of water, how its molecules are organized, is therefore more important than its composition. For example, in 1881 a ship called “Lara” was sunk by fire.  The sailors took to their lifeboat and were soon at sea for three weeks without any drinking water. Their captain attributed their survival to the sailor’s capacity to transform salt water into fresh water with their imagination. He explained how, as their thirst grew, the shipwrecked sailors, imagined the salt water around their lifeboat becoming clear, fresh drinking water. When they later tasted this ocean water lapping up against their lifeboat they discovered it had indeed been transformed into pure drinking water.

According to this documentary, water responds rapidly to human emotion. Fear and aggression destabilize the structure of the water, while love and gratitude stabilize it.  Once water’s structure has been destabilized by, for example, aggression this water then promotes not only violent behavior in people but also physical disease.

For example, in 1956 in a laboratory for research into biological weapons of mass destruction a group of scientists held a secret meeting to discuss a new kind of biological weapon. During this meeting all the scientists got sick with symptoms of severe food poisoning, although the only substance that was ingested was ordinary water whose chemical compositions in subsequent analysis showed no evidence of any toxins. The report on their sickness concluded that the scientists were poisoned by “ordinary water’.

The purest water in the world is to be found in a remote region in Venezuela. This water has never been in direct contact with human beings. The energy of this water (the amount of light it emits) has been measured to be 40,000 times more active than ordinary water.

Masaru Emoto, the Japanese water researcher, conducted an experiment with rice. He filled three identical glass beakers with the same white rice. For one month he said “thank you” to the first glass beaker of rice. He said “you are an idiot” to the second beaker. And he ignored the third beaker. At the end of the month the first beaker that had been thanked was fermenting giving off a pleasant aroma. The second flask that had been criticized turned black. The third flask that had been ignored began to rot. (Recently there have been some discreditations of  Emoto’s now famous researches. In this documentary, however, his work is described alongside the scientific studies of a number of university professors, including a noble prize winner, from many different countries.)

This DVD on water also describes how the nature of our modern plumbing systems destabilizes water. All the right angles and straight lines of the water pipes apparently serve to break down the structure of the water, deforming it.

Other studies indicate that structured water grows stronger vegetables with 20% less water than the same vegetables grown with ordinary irrigation water.

A study with a dark field microscope showed a blood sample taken from a woman and tested under the microscope. The results showed the women’s cells forming patterns indicating tendencies towards degenerative disease. This same woman was then given a glass of structured water to drink, water whose molecular structure had been restored. 12 minutes later a similar test of her blood was taken. Now the microscope showed her cell patterning to be buoyant and healthy.

With love and gratitude to we humans and our greater body, the Earth.
